Background
GeoSoft is located in Odessa, the biggest city of the south of Ukraine, and provides software development services since 1995. The company designs and develops software products for Internet, Accounting, Management, Retail/Wholesale Trading and Health Care.

Management
Our staff consists of highly qualified managers, architects and developers. Managers track project terms, resources, communicate with our clients. Architects perform research, investigations and make technical solutions that allow us to develop reliable, qualitative, easy customizable and maintainable software. Developers build software products applying their skills to all parts of software systems. It allows us to organize small teams that effectively work on the projects of customers, providing low-cost software products.
We are experienced in different kinds of collaboration. The architects and developers at GeoSoft produce software products from scratch that completely satisfies our clients. All steps are usually being taken in close collaboration with customer which allows us to instantly meet the needs of the customer.

Project management
The way it usually goes: we obtain specifications, then we define project requirements more exactly where needed and afterwards we are usually able to draw the project schedule. After the project schedule is approved by contractor and the price agreement is reached the development process starts. During the development process we provide reports and builds on development servers, either on ours or contractor's ones, which allows our contractor to see project evolution. We do not mind if some little changes come from the customer's side during development.
